Docs / Dashboard

Dashboard

Use slash commands for fast Discord actions. Use the dashboard when you need visibility, bulk changes, event recovery, or cleaner staff workflows.

Server Management

Events hub

See auctions, giveaways, and claims in one place. Staff can end, force-end, cancel, resend, reroll, check message status, and hard-delete events when needed.

Auction manager

Create and edit auctions from the dashboard, place dashboard bids, bulk-create auctions, start queued auctions, and manage the premium queue schedule.

Giveaway manager

View giveaways, edit queued or active giveaways, manage button giveaway entrants, reroll ended giveaways, cancel events, and hide or show public reroll behavior through settings.

Claim manager

View claims, update claim records, resend claim messages, cancel claims, and manage claim settings.

Shop manager

Create items, edit prices and stock, choose currencies, attach role rewards, view purchases, and complete or cancel orders.

Currency manager

Create multiple currencies, set defaults, choose number locales, set integer-only behavior, edit currencies, and delete old currencies.

Tickets

Create and edit support panels, delete panels, browse tickets, and open ticket transcripts.

Status boards

Configure auction and giveaway live boards, move them between channels, refresh them, or disable them.

User And Billing Pages

  • My prizes: users can see their unclaimed prize inventory.
  • My events: users can see their auction, giveaway, and claim history.
  • Auto-bids: User Premium members can view and remove active auto-bids.
  • Subscription: manage Server Premium and User Premium billing flows.
  • Whitelabels: create, validate, and remove whitelabel bot connections.

Admin Recovery Tools

Some destructive dashboard actions intentionally ask for confirmation, including hard deletes. Prefer canceling, ending, or resending an event before hard-deleting it, because hard deletes are for cleanup when a Discord message or channel has fallen out of sync.
