What's the difference between Server and User Premium?
Server Premium unlocks features for a specific Discord server (scheduling, bulk auction tools, bulk claims, multiple currencies, whitelabel). User Premium unlocks personal features like auto-bid and outbid DMs that follow you across all servers.
Can I have both subscriptions?
Yes! You can subscribe to both Server Premium and User Premium to get all features. They work independently and complement each other.
What's included in free?
Auctions, giveaways, claims, shop, ticket panels, status boards, and a usable currency system. Premium adds scheduling, bulk tools, multiple currencies, whitelabeling (Server), and auto-bidding plus outbid DMs (User).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
How many servers can I use Server Premium on?
One server per subscription. You can switch servers from the dashboard.
Does User Premium work on all servers?
Yes! User Premium follows your Discord account, so auto-bid and outbid DMs work on every server that has Prize Bot.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
All data is preserved. You just lose access to premium features.
A one-time support option is available as well, I appreciate any extra donations but they are not required in any way.
