Prize Bot is a Discord bot that provides auction hosting, giveaway management, prize claim systems, and virtual currency features for Discord servers. The service includes both free and premium subscription tiers.

Eligibility

User Responsibilities

Premium Services

Prize Bot offers premium subscriptions with the following terms:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on your selection
• Refunds are not typically provided, but may be offered at our sole discretion
• Features may change between free and premium tiers with reasonable notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period after cancellation

Intellectual Property

Prize Bot and its code, design, features, and documentation are the intellectual property of Prize Bot and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Prize Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for how users choose to use the service
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws
• Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Prize Bot at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Prize Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
