Claims

Prize distribution with automatic ticket creation, claim tracking, optional forfeits, expiration, and logging.

Claim Workflow

    Prize Created

    Use /claim create or win an auction/giveaway. User receives a DM with a claim button.

  2. 2

    User Claims

    User clicks the "Claim Prize" button. A private ticket channel is created.

  3. 3

    Prize Delivery

    Staff can communicate with the winner in the ticket to deliver the prize.

  4. 4

    Mark Collected

    The prize host, claim staff, or an admin clicks "Collected" after the prize is collected. The claim is logged to your log channel.

Configuration

Use the dashboard for the full claim settings set. Use /settings claiming for the core Discord-side claim defaults:

  • Category Where claim ticket channels are created
  • Log Channel Where completed claims are logged
  • Instructions Custom message shown in claim tickets
  • Disable Claiming Record prizes without creating claim tickets (record-only mode)
  • Forfeit Button Dashboard-only setting, off by default; when enabled, winners can forfeit claimable prizes
  • Open Timeout Dashboard-only setting for how long an unopened claim can wait before expiring
  • Next Bidder Fallback Dashboard-only setting for offering expired auction claims to the next highest bidder

Ticket Actions

Collected

Host, claim staff, or admins mark the prize collected and close the ticket after delivery is confirmed. The claim is logged.

Forfeit

When enabled, the winner can forfeit the prize from the claim message instead of opening a ticket.

Cancel

Cancel the claim without completing it. The prize remains unclaimed.

Reopen

Reopen a closed ticket if more communication is needed.
